I m am a 66 year old white single young lady with two cats who would love to find someone 50ish or older who is also white and single to share my home. Would love her to have a sense of humor enjoy hobbies of some sort. I do not have T.V. however the room does have everything else. It has wood floors WIFI Air conditioning two large windows and is fully furnished. Your private bath has both tub and shower with large cabinet under sink. You ll have large washer and dryer in the laundry room on the other side of your bathroom s second door. Covered wood deck. It would be nice to find some one who likes to garden though not neccessary. I have a plot that is longing for some love and attention. NO drinking please or drugs. I m none smoker so that would be nice also. A couple of references and first and last months rent would be nice. I only take cash 5.00 per day late charge. If you happen to be a handy man that s really really a perfectionist we could work alittle something out on the rent however you have to know what your doing Last renter to put in my furnace almost burned the house down.
