OPEN POSITION Administrative Assistant Cobb CA Job Description Answering and directing phone calls from clients and customers scheduling appointments various clerical duties maintaining filing system preparing documents (such as reports and office memos) providing general company information to callers coordinating incoming and outgoing email maintain database direct-mail marketing activities. Must have license and clean driving record.
