The Crime Branch filed the charge sheetThe crime branch of Delhi Police had filed a charge sheet in Saket court against Dati Maharaj in the rape case. These Chargesheet was filed without the arrest of Datta Maharaj. The name of the grandmother and her three half-brothers was also named as accused in the column number 11 of the charge sheet. The Crime Branch did not get enough evidence to arrest the dentist.According to crime branch sources the victim had filed a FIR against Rape on her three days in Pali Ashram from which girl was not present in Pali but she was present in her college in Ajmer proof of the victim in college Attendance is detected by the presence.What is the whole caseOn the complaint of the victim the Fatehpuri Beri police station filed an FIR on June 7 against Dati and his three brothers Ashok Arjun and Anil.
