This is a 2007 very clean Alfa See Ya Diesel pusher with the rare and very desirable wall slide This is a one owner unit. This is very big because if you do your homework Alfa s have a chipping problem up north - very ugly and very expensive to fix. Around 10 000 for a short term fix that won t last. Not this beauty though. There are a couple of minor chips if you look real close but otherwise it is nearly perfect. Some look like a machine gun has peppered them. This baby looks great. Nice clean Florida See Ya no smokeing no pets no sign of kids no smells ... nice and clean with 7 foot 7 inch high ceilings she feels more like a condo or your home on the inside than a small RV. Interior is massive with the wall slideout very rare at this low price. Deep slides ceiling fans barely broke in with low low 22K miles Allison six speed transmission Jake brake hure storage doors and through compartment storage 3 TV s one in kitchen one in front and flat screen in the bedroom ... WOW Nice trash door in counter to take trash out and not walk trash through your home spilling or dripping lobster in it - nice design. Ha leather Captains Chairs are like new. Strong and powerful yet smooth and easy to handle. Smooth fun driver. Huge windows bring in lots and lots of sunlight making the RV feel even larger and roomier inside. With only 22K miles you will have years and years of fun and adventure. Has normal Florida sun fade wut fwill buff out nice normal decal wear roof is in great shape and looks good - all seams recently serviced at a cost of 300.00 and looks great. We measured her at a little over 39 foot so she is the 40 foot model Diesel generator low low hours of only 470 ... very low for a diesel generator. Has the 8.3L Caterpillar diesel motor.
