I have two matching bureaus that are between 80 and 100 years old. They are beautifully taken care of and in mint condition. There is a mirror from that time period that they have used with this set however it is not a perfect match -almost but a professional could tell that they do not match although they are approximately the same age and same wood. The drawers are dovetailed and there is much detail on the legs and up each side of the furniture and the pattern of using two different tones at angles makes them just stand out especially when the sun comes through the shades. I do not leave the furniture near the sun -not to worry about that. These are probably worth so much more than this asking price. I would love for someone who loves antiques to have a chance to buy them because they deserve a good home. I have dogs and cats and teens who do not appreciate the value that these bureaus are and how cherished they were taken care of and so I would rather see them go to a home that would keep them in mint condition as they are now. I have some other pieces as well. I have an old push cart table on wheels and a head board and footboard from the 60 s by ethan allen I believe. All are in great condition and I am taking offers on those.
