A growing cleaning company is adding a new position of a part time Route Manager Field Supervisor (assistant to owner) and a full time House Cleaner. Please see details for each position below. Route Manager JobCandidate must have a strong drive to succeed have experience in managing supervising motivating staff customer service cleaning or service industry and quality assurance. Some of the responsibilities will include Scheduling work and train new and current employeesQuality checks (anywhere from 1-5 per day)Quality calls to clients on a daily basisInitial (new client) cleaning checksInventory Supplies management (usually weekly)Equipment management (Launder cleaning cloths vacuum cleaner service drop off company vehicle service drop off)Misc errands such as purchase emergency supplies when needed dropping off supplies to teams when neededHelps clean when needed dirty houses off early requests staff shortage extra cleaning duties in home such as baseboards light fixtures etc. Deals with problem clients Onsite quality checks & onsite client resolutionGets teams going in the morningAudits job times on a daily basisEmployee conflict resolutionActs as a backup for owner when owner unavailableOther duties as assignedRequirements Must be comfortable working for a small home based business and office setting that s at its growing stagesComputer skills including ability to connect a laptop wirelessly to the internet and operating a smartphone.Problem solving skills.Cost reduction techniques and strategiesBasic maintenance skills.Ability to work independently.Attention to detailTeam motivatorDocumenting skillsA reliable vehicle and the ability to travel locallyVerifiable auto insurance.What we offer Competitive hourly payPaid travel time and weekly gas allowanceSome flexibility with work scheduleOpportunity to grow with the companyBonusInterested candidates please fill out our online application at www.bahousecleaning.com employment .
