Courier Express is looking for a full time Driver Coordinator for our Deerfield Beach Pompano facility.For more details please call 407-472-4465As a driver coordinator you would be responsible for placing ads and recruiting for our warehouse in Deerfield Beach. We operate on an Independent Contractor model and would require that you contract and orientate the drivers. You would be responsible for handling all driver issues such as updating insurance updating licenses adding vehicles adding subcontractors etc.You would also be responsible for developing evaluating and maintaining an available pool of qualified pool of Independent Contractors while implementing and or improving upon new recruiting methods tools sources and processes that contribute to the success of the overall operation.We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated able to work independently with minimum supervision has an attention to detail is organized and is great with people.
