Grounds Maintenance

Grounds person position year-round in estate setting located east of Cold Spring NY. Mon-Fri 8-4 30. Responsibilities include all basic labor skills required to keep estate grounds maintained. Knowledge of shrub and tree care a plus. Must be capable of performing strenuous work in various weather conditions. Applicant should have prior grounds maintenance experience. Only reliable energetic individuals need apply. Diligence to attendance is a must. Must have clean driver s license and SS card. Up to 40 000 yr depending on experience.
