I have 2 rooms for rent in my big 4 bedroom house. Rent is 300 per month per room. That includes water gas electric and cable. parking infront of my house and behind it. big fenced in yard front and back. This is a kid friendly and drama free zone. ) we are a family that likes to joke and have fun so you have to have a sense of humor. the rules in my house are pretty simple. No fighting or drama in my house or on my property. Help out wit chores around the house Im not a neat freak but i do like to keep my house clean. my kids are older so they dont mess up alot and I make them clean too. ) pay your rent. If you want to eat wit the house meals all you gotta do is put 250 worth food in the kitchen and your good to go other wise you buy your own. What you do is your business and when you come and go is too. as long as it doesn interfer with the safety of my 2 kids. My house is located near alot of stuff. hyvee QT Bk Auto part store shop n save hospital elementry school. 2 public bus stops. nearest intersection mlk and hickman. great location.
