My fiance and I are planning to move and we are looking for someone to take over our lease from January 1st to August 31st with the option of extending the lease for a full year. The apartment is located in historic Old City Philadelphia. It is in walking distance from the Liberty Bell Betsy Ross s house and the Constitution Center. We live across the street from Triumph Brewery and Han Dynasty and around the corner from the Continental. We are surrounded by many other popular bars and restaurants. We often go up to our roof to watch fireworks during holidays and every Friday in the summer. We have easy access to I-95 676 and Ben Franklin Bridge. There is cheap parking available down the street at Penn s Landing. We are on the 6th floor and there is an elevator. There is also a loading zone directly across the street in case you need to bring up groceries bags etc. Below is the apartment description High ceilings in living room.
