General Sales Manager We are searching for a General Sales Manager who can make our well-established import store in Virginia even better. Must have import store experience with proven success in growing volume profitability and sustaining CSI. Responsibilities Ensure overall profitability of new and used car sales department. Oversee sales managers and sales employees. Ensure that employees obtain proper certifications. Assist in setting and achieving goals. Help develop sound processes and monitor that processes are being followed. Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them. Manage proper inventory levels for new and used vehicles. Audit trade-in appraisals. Monitor that sales and F& I processes are being followed. Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws. Work directly with the General Manager on short and long-range advertising plans sales promotions staffing needs and compensation plans.
