Determines whether IT objectives are being met throughout campus. The Systems Administrator and Advanced Information Technology Technician is characterized by expert competence in LAN administration which includes network design optimizing network performance and security in the installation of hardware and software systems. Has advanced knowledge in configuring troubleshooting and maintaining computer IP telephone and wireless hardware software and data voice communications equipment and provides technical assistance to users.
