I am a professional recruiter with 17 years of experience both as a corporate and agency recruiter. I have written countless resumes and interviewed thousands of candidates in my career. The current job market is difficult to navigate. Since the recession things have changed. Employers are no longer willing to invest in training new hires. Searching for a job and making the proper connections have become a challenge. I believe a lot of people are unemployed NOT because they aren t qualified. It s because they don t know how to look for and land a job.
