Role and Responsibilities Ensure needs of physicians support staff are met during EHR implementation and training. Coordinate each client from start to finish. Provide onsite and remote implementation support and training to physicians support staff. Provide technical troubleshooting and problem resolutions to end-users during and after go-live. Work collaboratively with other staff members and vendors. Provide EHR customization. Exceed customer expectations to develop them into positive referrals. Explain technical material to less technically proficient users. Qualifications and Experience Requirements Bachelor s Degree in business or related field 2 years EHR EMR implementation training experience and or medical background experience as a MA Nurse a plus Must be comfortable using a computer and other wireless devices. Experience in Microsoft Office and networking a plus. Willing to travel. Detail-oriented well organized and professional. Excellent communication and time management skills. Strong customer relation skills with the ability to establish and build client rapport.
