General Summary The maintenance supervisor is responsible for the shift-to-shift activities and maintenance of equipment in the production areas. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Monitors and maintains the daily activities for all manufacturing equipment. Perform front-line supervisory functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Supervise maintenance technicians of different disciplines in the timely repair of all wafer manufacturing equipment achieving maximum production output. Actively participant in daily production meetings department meetings and yield improvement meetings.
