Supervises and directs activities of hull workers by performing the following duties Responsible for safety quality schedule and budget of all assigned work. Responsible for administering discipline to assigned employees. Complies with and implements company policies to enforce safety and environmental regulations calling upon Human Resources or environmental manager if there is ever a question about fairness legality or requirements or past precedent.
