Maxim Healthcare Services is currently seeking an Employee Relations Intake Representative for its Headquarters location in Columbia MD. This position monitors the Employee Relations Hotline receives incoming calls emails and may make outbound calls and responds to corporate and external employee relations issues providing initial response and or routing issues to appropriate Employee Relations Specialist for action.
