Career Coach

The Career Coach will be the primary source of contact for the youth participants. The Career Coach will be responsible for Outreach Recruitment Assessment Eligibility Case Management Job Development Career Coaching and Data and Paperwork Management. The Career Coach must display initiative exercise judgment and make decisions consistent with program goals and Workforce Investment Act (WIA) regulations. In addition the Career Coach will be required to deliver skills in basic computer application occupational training and general work readiness skills.
