Responsibilities As one of our health care aides you will be responsible for assisting our residents with daily needs. Helping the residents in developing and maintaining daily living skills and encouraging independence hygiene (i.e. bathing toileting and dental care) appearance (i.e. care of clothing laundry and appropriate dress ect.) All other responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Must be over 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. STNA preferred. Available ALL days nights weekends and holidays. Must be cooperative and caring Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Able to sit bend stand push pull squat reach kneel and lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to work independently and is a team player When a stressful situation occurs is able to remain calm. To be successful you will need to have the ability to prioritize possess good written and verbal skills for effective communication and be competent in organizational and time management skills.
