EOE & AA Employer M F D VResponsibilitiesResponsible for conducting and documenting moderate to complex financialanalysis financial reporting and ad hoc finance project. Involved in otherspecial projects initiatives. Responsible for oversight and performance of varied areas of financialanalysis and reporting including one or all of the following standard monthlymanagement reporting and variance analyses account reconciliations financialreporting budgeting forecasting and strategic planning. Includes review andcoordination of financial analysis across different departments and or regions business lines in support of Finance management. Conducts other specialfinancial and business studies and other duties as assigned by management.Participates in special projects and prepares presentations for seniormanagement. Other duties may be assigned. May include limited formal supervisory responsibilities over financial analyststaff and may lead project teams and or plan staff assignments. Duties mayencompass technical guidance and or training to co-workers as well as policydevelopment and participation in special initiatives (modeling systemimplementations acquisition integrations other).Qualifications Bachelor s degree (BA BS) in Accounting Finance or Economics from four-year college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and or training. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient timely reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information in written and verbal form to subordinates customers and supervisors. Requires strong knowledge of financial terms concepts and accounting principles and the ability to comprehend and interpret complex financial transactions. Ability to comprehend analyze and interpret complex financial information and transactions and accounting principles. Ability to problem-solve both independently and working as a team. Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills. Strong computer skills including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint etc.). Broad experience with other software and financial systems is desired (particularly HFM Consolidation PeopleSoft Financials and Cognos Planning). Knowledge of real estate service industry and terminology is helpful. Strong work ethic and adaptable. Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines.
