CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATORAt least 2 year s experience in the Freight forwarding industry.Experience should include handling Exports and Imports in Canada as well as working with Canada CustomsExperience with HHG would be preferred2 year s experience communicating via email and phone directly with end clients and corporate accountsBilingual in both English and French (Fluent in written and oral).Able to cope in a high volume atmosphere and can demonstrate that he she handled at least 30 shipments at any given timeWill be accountable for all moves assigned and will be measured on response times via email phone and on customer agent satisfactionExperience working in a high stressed environment and can remain calm in stressful situationsJOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES - CO-ORDINATE CORPORATE MISCELLANEOUS SALES APPOINTMENTS FOR SURVEYS- MANAGE EXPORT SHIPMENTS FOR CORPORATE MISCELLANEOUS AND COD BUSINESS DOCUMENTATION MANAGE FILE- MANAGE IMPORT SHIPMENTS DOCUMENTATION MANAGE FILE FOR CORPORATE COD BUSINESS- MANAGE THIRD COUNTRY SHIPMENTS DOCUMENTATION MANAGE FILE FOR CORPORATE COD BUSINESS - ACCRUALS FOR INVOICING ON SHIPMENTS ARRANGED BY CO-ORDINATOR- AUDITING OF FILES ON ONGOING BASIS- COMPLETION OF INSURANCE CERTIFICATES- GATHERING OF INFORMATION ON CLAIMS FOR REVIEW BY SR. VICE PRESIDENT- DAILY STATUS REPORTS TO BE KEPT UP TO DATE AT ALL TIMES FOR REVIEW BY SR.
