I am an IT specialist with 20 years of PC Mac and audio video experience who offers in-home and small business support for a wide array of computer and home theatre issues. I have maintained this side business since 1998 with many of my original customers continuing to utilize my services to this day. I am available to help with Troubleshooting (hardware software and peripherals such as printers scanners cameras etc.) Virus removal Networking (Wifi cable modem DSL issues wired connectivity between rooms repeaters) Purchasing decisions Training tutoring Home theater setup and troubleshooting Cell phone useThese are the most common tasks I get calls about but I am able to help with most any PC issue. When we speak before making an appointment I ll do my best to provide a realistic assessment of how complex I think the issue is and how long I think it will take to resolve. I do my research ahead of time so that I can be as efficient as possible when I arrive. If ultimately I am unable to adequately resolve the issue my policy is to not charge the customer. I always want them to be satisfied and get their money s worth.I charge 60 an hour with a one hour minimum. The total becomes pro-rated after the first hour.
