There are currently three female roommates living here all easy going professionals. The apartment is split into two floor with my bedroom (and possibly yours ) on the top floor with the kitchen living area bathroom and balcony on the second floor of the building. There is a small staircase that leads to the first floor of the building where the other two bedrooms are as well as an additional living space and an additional bathroom. So even though four people live in the apartment its more like a two bedroom attached to another two bedroom.The building itself is very secure with locked doors only accessible by buzzer or key fob. There is an elevator a gym in the basement and laundry on site as well. There is parking and even a finished rooftop The place is great but unfortunately my job is preventing me from staying so there is also potential to take the lease in September if desired.The place is around a nice part of Bushwick within walking distance to the Central M and the Dekalb Ave. L trains.
