Work involves Clean Outs Yard Maintenance Minor Repairs and Routine Inspections ensuring that each property remains clean secured and well-kept until it sells. Need hard working responsible and honest professionals. Must be able to provide consistent results that are in line with a defined set of required conditions to which our properties must be maintained. Background in construction and familiarity with HUD requirements is preferred but not required. Must have a current Driver s License and clean driving record. BLM Co. provides a number of services including lawn maintenance debris removal winterizations securing property verification repairs & much more.
