350 1br Private Room and Bathroom in house - Ideal off-campus su

I have a room in a house available for rent from mid-May through the end of July. Located on the north side of Waco it s less than 3 miles to Baylor University an 8 minute drive or a 15 minute bike ride. There are lots of good restaurants nearby close to the waterfront. It s perfect for a summertime student but if you re just working or what not that s totally fine too. The house is big enough for 3-5 guys but there will only be 2-3 others there. But you ll get the privacy without the cost. At 350 mo the room is all to yourself with a joining bathroom and closet space. Laundry and parking onsite. The rent cost doesn t include water and electricity but I can negotiate if you re willing to take the deal and you sign off with the current residents... It ll be summer availability for sure but I ll know exact dates this week.
