I am looking for a woman to share my house for rent on a secured gated 10 acre farm DO YOU HAVE A HORSE BRING HE OR SHE WITH YOU I live on 10 acres. Two large horse fields each approximately 5 acres each. All open just a few LARGE Oak trees in fields. Both fields have self waterers for the horses My horses love it I have a 4 stall barn with large tack room. The house is very unique You will be renting the left side of the house. You will have your own 2 large bedrooms with their very own FULL bathroom in each Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that go out to their own decks We will be sharing a VERY LARGE KITCHEN. The living room has a VERY LARGE STONE FIREPLACE that sits in the middle which the left side will be for your use. A nice size laundry room to share. IF YOU HAVE A HORSE THAN THE RENT WILL BE 800 mo. which will cover the boarding portion We will be splitting all utility bills.
