One Voice Dundalk a recovery center community is seeking an administrative assistant. The recovery center is open to individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues providing a safe haven. Support groups and referral services are also offered.The responsibilities of this position are Answering telephone calls Maintaining the center s Facebook page Preparing a brunch meal once a week Maintaining all office machines Scheduling all inhouse meetings Recording minutes for all inhouse meetings Scheduling director s outreach meetings Coordinating the monthly statistics for the center Preparing all correspondence Maintaining a referral file for staff members Ideal applicants are compassionate detail oriented and capable of working independently.Please send resumes to onevoiceofdundalk(at)gmail.com
