Room For Rent

Rent a room within my house located in North East Pa. 16428. Room is 12 X 12 upstairs right outside a full bath. Mainly burn wood for heat plus a gas unvented heater. All appliances included also a dishwasher and laundry room too. House is located on 1 acre N very private in the township with good well water.You supply your bedroom furniture and there is dry storage in the basement also. Gas bill approx 100 Electric bill approx 100 Internet 60 No cable TV if you want it you pay for it. I use a ROKU along with NETFLIX. Burn paper items and recycle others.
