Scrum Mastery Achieving High-Performance Scrum Teams This workshop has a multi-role focus. It looks at the 3 Scrum roles team Product Owner and ScrumMaster and it provides a clear description of the roles and responsibilities of each. So from that perspective it s a good baseline setting experience. But that s just the beginning. Next we do a deep dive into each role exploring what maturity or excellence looks like. In each case we ll explore a framework or model that is helpful for such things. We ll be using the Agile Journey Index as the assessment framework in this portion of the class. But we re not done yet. Next we ll look at the intersection of the roles and the collaboration patterns to truly make a high-performance Scrum team. This will be situation focused and lean toward effective coaching and facilitative patterns to help guide the overall team.
