500 per person COUPLES WELCOME 550 For couples.Kids welcome. 25 per kid.We split the bills 4 ways.There are 3 rooms to choose from first come gets first choice.Its just my boyfriend and I here in this 4 bedroom house and we are in our 20 s. There s 1 bathroom to share and we have a washer and dryer in the house. We have DirecTV and full house priveledges except my room. I keep the house clean so please just clean up after yourself. We don t mind smoking but outside only. I don t care how you make your money to pay rent or if you have a job or not just as long as your rent and bills are payed on time in full. Were getting a pool installed soon. We get along with everyone as long as you respect us well respect you and your space. Give us a call if you would like to come check out our place.
