Large unfurnished room in a beautiful house on the lakes available April 1. 625 a month. Utilities typically run about 60 person monthly but sometimes a little higher or lower. My bedroom is upstairs with one other bedroom and a bathroom that we share. The room also has a fairly large closet and also a large unfinished storage area that you could turn into a walk in closet on the opposite side of the room. The door to this room is in the corner next to my bed. I ve also added a lock to my bedroom door so I can lock it when I m not home. I have 2 keys I will give you. It s such an awesome place to live and you can t beat the location or view but my boyfriend and I bought a home and are moving in together in April thus why I m moving out. The house currently has three other girls living in it not including myself. Two of them go to LSU so another male or female student or young professional is preferable. The house is a block from The Chimes Varsity etc. and virtually right on campus You ll also have a parking spot available at all times. The house is dog friendly as long as it isn t an aggressive breed (owner won t allow them). The home is situated on a hill with a huge front and back yard. We typically have a slack line up and hammocks too. There is also a huge patio out front overlooking the lakes that we hang out on quite a bit. Another tree covered patio is out back. It s more private in the back yard where we frequently have bonfires or friends over. All of the girls are extremely easygoing and respectful of each other and our things. My lease is up at the end of July but you may have the option of renewing for the next year.
