CSS Corp a global technology solutions corporation is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual English Spanish Technical Service Representative for our Draper Utah call center. Job summary The Technical Support Specialists answer high volume inbound calls and emails. Trouble shoots quickly and efficiently relates the requested information to the customer and does so with the highest standards of customer service. Schedule Monday - Friday 10 00 AM till 7 00 PM Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Proficiency Must Speak Read and Write English and Spanish Exceptional Probing Skills Good Comprehension and Listening Skills Solid problem solving skills. Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change quickly. Possess insight into self and others. Expanding knowledge of client products and service. Representative s goal is always 1st call resolution when possible and great customer satisfaction on calls. Support Specialists Provide first line of support for infrastructure and requests Investigate triage and or escalate issues and document each call via client ticket system Contribute to support knowledge base Maintain support quality and statistical standards Provide remarkable customer technical support and strive for full issue first call resolution with each case Qualifications Excellent customer service skills. 1-2 years of experience as a customer service support rep. Experience with phone support for initial computer setup or after setup troubleshooting. Technical knowledge of hardware & software troubleshooting. Strong understanding of operating systems. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Basic familiarity with general networking residential networking technologies. Familiar with the functionality and repair of multiple browsers. Ability to install uninstall software in Windows and MAC OS. Prior experience with printer and peripheral installation Compensation 12-15 hr.
