Mother and disabled son looking for apt in Long Beach

I am recently widowed and moved back to Long Beach from Texas with my disabled son and am in need of a one bedroom apartment. I don t have rental history here. My credit is not good especially after losing half my income. I was working on it before my husband passed a few months ago. I am on disability and my son is on SSI. I also am self employed part time and my son will be working soon. The City of long Beach will pay my deposit and I can pay extra if needed on the deposit. Please let me know if you have something available. 950 is the most I want to pay for a one bedroom
