Tenure or Clinical Track faculty position in Ophthalmology within the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences Center for Veterinary Health Sciences at Oklahoma State University. Academic Rank will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Responsibilities include clinical instructional service and classroom instruction for veterinary students support of house officer training programs and scholarly work. Exposure to animal diseases that may be transmitted to humans. Subject to animal scratches or bites. Exposure to chemicals and pharmaceuticals used in treatment of animals medical waste and animal feces urine blood and vomit. Loud noises related to and large animal routine. Must comply with anmdatory rabies pre-exposure vaccine program. Required Qualifications D.V.M. or comparable veterinary degree and residency training in Ophthalmology. Board certification by the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (ACVO). Candidates qualified to take the ACVO certification examination will also be considered.
