1953 Chevy 3100 previously restored 5 Window This truck was restored very nicely in 2005 but then in 2008 they went through a divorce and she got the cars. She then proceeded to park the cars in the back yard and let them rot. The truck has a 235 inline 6 paired with a manual 3 speed it runs great and starts right up. We went through and drained the gas and flushed the tank and the lines gave the truck a complete tuneup and replaced all filters and fluids. Except for the paint everything else in this truck survived like new including the interior all the glass and rubber. So far it starts up every time and it runs great very fun and easy to drive and it stops great too The truck was painted during the restoration and as you can see it was a pretty decent job we went through and color sanded and polished the paint to a super high luster very nice looking truck now. Of course the paint does have some huge issues as you can see in the pics it will need to be redone eventually or now depending on what you want. But if you are ok with the imperfections you can drive it as is for a long time and looks fantastic from 20 feet. All the chrome was replaced during the restoration and still looks like new. All the glass was replaced and still looks brand new all the rubber and window felt has also been replaced. The interior looks new with a perfect bench seat everything works as it should including all the windows lights new gauges new speedometer turn signals high beam. The new wood is in good condition. The truck runs very well it starts right up and runs smooth. The brakes were all redone and still feel like new its stops as well if not better than when new. Pretty much everything on this truck has been replaced.
