Description Looking to fill an Agricultural Receiving Station Office Supervisor position from January to Mid-June. Hours will be from 7am to 4pm 6 days a week must be flexible as hours may vary at times. Experience in agricultural office setting preferred but not required. Work location is about 15 miles north of Pasco. Work attire is semi-casual. Hourly wage will be from 12 to 15 depending on qualifications experience Skills Experience Qualifications Bilingual in English Spanish is a MUST Excellent communication and math skills are required Must be knowledgeable with MS Excel & Word Must be computer savvy Willingness and ability to quickly learn new computer software and office procedures Self-starter Trouble-shooter Problem solver Must be able to work independently Time management planning skills are essential Must be adaptable to change A good attitude is imperative Duties Responsibilities Operating scale house for receiving raw product Various payroll and HR duties New hire orientations safety training Filling out forms applications Inputting employee pay information into payroll system General office duties data entry copying scanning filing email correspondence faxing incoming and outgoing calls maintaining office clean etc. Must document office procedures as well as create new procedures when needed Other duties as assigned Must be able to lift 20lbs. occasionally Persons interested please respond to this ad with resume.
