I was in the Navy during the Persian Gulf war. I really wasn t involved in anything just did my tour on a ship and left after four years. I did have my fun pulling into port though that is a different story. Since then I have found that most people have a hard time talking about the stress they were under while in the military. Especially when it comes to combat or some type of tragic event and it doesn t have to be that way. Sometimes these events keep you stuck in one place with almost no hope to move forward. I have been able to get people past some of those events so you can begin to move forward in your life. It s not always easy to come forward and having a safe non-judgemental and private conversation with someone can help quite a bit. If you happen to be in that situation please contact me.
