This Bona Allen Saddle is a true classic and made to last forever This classic saddle is a rich brown with a suede padded 16 seat. The saddle was my show saddle over 25 years ago and has been treated like the treasure it is. The saddle is in excellent shape except for a tear in the corner of the seat that I have provided several picture of. It has a new fleece lining and is suited for most quarter horse builds. I have used it on my paints and quarters that are mostly in halter shape in other words fat . The saddle has Nickel silver on the cantle upper and lower skirts and heavy leather stirrups. Bona Allen Saddles have been a great part of American History since the early 1900. The company burned down twice but always made a comeback due to the high quality and high demand of that quality. In 1933 the Bona Allen Saddles won a blue ribbon at the Chicago World s Fair. In the 1950 s Bona Allen Saddles were used by all the Hollywood Famous Actors such as Roy Rogers Buffalo Bill Gene Autry Gabby Hayes.
