One bedroom for rent in a two bedroom apartment. One full bathroom that is shared. There are hookups for a washer and dryer but I have not gotten around to purchasing the machines yet. Apartment is pet friendly. I have a four month old puppy and you are welcome to bring one cat. Apartment is 2.5 miles from the Kent State campus and 10.5 miles from the University of Akron. There is a Parta bus stop right by the entrance of the apartments. Very close to I-76 S.R. 261 and S.R. 59. Downtown Kent is not even a mile away. 400 includes rent electric gas water and wifi internet. I have most living room furniture needed but if you bring some furniture we can move things around. Also I will have a dining table and chairs set in December so there is not one in the apartment right now. You need to bring your own bedroom furniture. The bedroom available is 12 3 by 11 7 and the apartment is 978 sq. ft. total. The bedroom features a large closet and a large window. There is also a spot to put an air conditioner so if you want an AC in your room go ahead and bring one. First month s rent is due on move-in date if moving in on the first of the month. If you move in before after the first then the rent will be pro-rated so you only pay for the days you re going to be there the first month. I am generally quite clean and quiet and I work and go to school a lot so I am not home too much. I occassionally have friends or my boyfriend over but it is not an every day thing. Must be able to pass a background check and show proof of steady income and a valid phot ID in order to sign lease papers. Serious inquiries only please
