I have 3 dogs already on the property so no additional pets will be permitted. Rent includes basic utilities. House is secured with alarm system. One room has a dresser chest if needed for 500 unfurnished. The other room is furnished with a full size bed night stand and dresser with mirror for 600. Quiet neighborhood close to walking bike path and local markets. Location is approximately 2 miles from local Library and Post Office and shopping centers. Only serious inquires please.
