My client is a well-established bank looking to fill a position of Bilingual Senior Loan Collector Duration 12 months of contract with the possibility of extension Location Montreal QC No. of openings 8 Shift Monday to Thursday 4pm-10pm and on rotation either Saturday 8am to 4pm and Sunday 1pm to 8pm. (30.5hrs wk) Major Job Duties and Responsibilities Perform In-bound outbound collections call to clients regarding pass due invoices statements (early stage delinquency courtesy calls) Answer incoming calls from clients regarding pass due invoices statements Reduce client delinquency Interacting with customers lawyers branches and different professionals.
