We are located in Riverview off of 301 This is a 6 male Behavior Focus Group Home that cares for persons with disabilities. The Staff are required to stay on the floor and attend to each consumers need. These needs will consist of cooking cleaning and respectfully interacting with each consumer. You must be certified in the requirements below and if you are missing or need assistance we will guide you. A Direct Care Staff interact directly with each consumer and need to be able to develop a relationship with the consumers. They are there to improve their living habits and to encourage independence. Positions that are currently opened are Shifts 1 Tuesdays 11p-7a Wednesday 11p-7a Thursday 11p-7a and Saturday 9a-7p Shift 2 Thursday 2p-11p Friday 2p-11p Saturday 11a-11p Shift 3 Friday 2p-9a Saturday 10a-8p and Sunday 9a-3p Position Salary Starting 9.00-10.50 hr Pending experience PT Bi-Weekly What We Offer -Tax Removal -1 Week of paid vacation for FT Employees -Various Monthly Rewards -Stable employment with opportunity for overtime -Close-knit team-oriented staff and management -Home-style work environment We are currently seeking strong people for this position. You must also have reliable transportation Duties include-Supervising Interacting Teaching daily living skills -Dispensing medicating (when you are trained) and accurately documenting the paperwork - Meal Preparation and general housekeeping. Requirements Include High School Diploma or GED Current Clean FBI and Local Law Background Zero Tolerance Core competency Blood Born Pathogen (HIV)CPR First Aid PCM Behavior Assistant 3 years Driving Record Driver s License HIPPA Will can and will pay for your certifications (if you want us to) however that is contingent on potential employees staying at least a year with the company. If for any reason you aren t able to stay a year then the certifications that the company had paid for will be removed from your last paycheck. However if for any reason you are aren t sure if you will be able to stay a year with the company you have the option to pay back the company little by little. Job Type Part-time
