MUST BE 18 TO APPLY Cast Members Cast Members are responsible for providing great guest service to our guests in the areas of Concierge Concessions Barista Running Cleaning Crew Usher and 21 door. Make certain guest service is friendly helpful thorough and timely. Concession preparation cashiering and maintenance duties. Cleaning and maintaining work areas equipment restrooms lobby and auditoriums. Enforce ratings and age restrictions to keep underage guests from accessing auditoriums with adult content. Answer questions from guests and resolve any concerns. Greet guests assemble food orders operate point of sale terminals and make accurate change. Assist with crowd control and seating of guests as needed. Proper use of hearing impaired equipment. Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge Proper cash handling etiquette.
