Wanted 3 bedroom House or Apartment for Rent

I m looking to rent a 3 bedroom house or apartment for myself and 3 teenage children. My income is social security and SSI for my Autistic son in total 1 553 a month. I can pay from 500 to 800 a month tops. I have to small chiwawa s and a cat. We are good people we don t drink or do drugs or smoke except me and I only smoke outside but I m trying to quit. We live in one of the worst cities in the country( stockton ca) I need to find a permenant place for my children so when I die they don t have to worry where they have to take care of their Autistic Brother. If you run a credit check I won t pass I have a 453 credit score but my rental history is good I ve lived at my current address for over six years.
