In The Nick of Time Moving LLC In the Nick of Time Moving has full and part time positions available. 12- 15 per hr DOE Flexible schedules. Progressive wage increases and bonuses available. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a Delivery Technician you will be moving general freight and customers household or office belongings and performing white glove delivery services. Moves range from just a single item to an entire home or office. Items to be moved can often weigh several hundred pounds. Moves involving stairways are very common. The workday can be long (a ten-hour day or longer is not unusual). This is a Monday through Friday position with occasional weekend work and overnight travel. These demands require a person with above average strength stamina fitness and skill. Tasks include Carrying heavy items long distances and up down stairways. Using mechanical dollies and pallet jacks Disassembling and reassembling furniture and equipment Providing quality customer service at all times Promoting maintaining and developing existing customers and new customer business Occasional weekend work for store promotions QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Must have fitness skills above average stamina for physical labor and can lift 75lbs on a regular basis. Strong communication and teamwork skills needed. Basic mechanical maintenance skill and general knowledge of tools a must. Must be available for occasional overnight travel and some weekend work. Must have a valid driver s license. Must pass background checks and drug screen. High school diploma G.E.D. Required.
