Overview CitiWatt is searching for an Inside Energy Consultant to identify and build strong relationships with commercial and industrial property-owners. Yu will actively identify and pursue leads address customer s questions and concerns and meet the company goals and objectives. Responsibilities Lead Generation of commercial and industrial electricity saving opportunities Qualifying outbound prospecting opportunities Some inbound lead qualification required too Utilizing online tools and conduction preliminary evaluations to determine initial qualifications Additional duties as required and needed Qualifications At least 1 year of successful inside sales experience Business to Business experience preferred (Insurance Investments Mortgage Renewables) Proven ability to build and develop business relationships Experience building a book of referral business Strong ability to project monthly sales numbers Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic Excel is a must CRM experience Desire to stay on the leading edge of the solar and renewable energies industry Understanding of general construction a plus Four year college degree preferred Ability to use sound judgement in the qualifying process Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Excellebnt customer service skills required Regular reliable and predictable attendance required
