Title Sales Compensation Design Manager Estimated Assignment ASAP to 08 28 2015 Location Princeton NJ 08540Qualifications Ability to translate user specifications into client solutions Expertise in Microsoft Access development and support Strong SQL skills including the ability to write SQL queries in both MS Access and other source systems Strong VBA skills including the ability to write & execute functions procedures macros etc Ability to analyze data to provide audit reporting and error checking ETL (data import export) using Microsoft Access and SQL Highly developed analytical skills Communication and listening skills to best ascertain needs and partner to build solutions to for the sales compensation team Project management skills to move projects tasks forwardResponsibilities Will participate in the oversight design and management of the sales compensation databases and tools that support sales incentive design effectiveness and processing reporting and ad-hoc requests. Design sales effectiveness databases that support the company s diverse business data needs which will be used to provide set suite of tools and reports which could be utilized in other applications (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint) Take ownership of assigned projects by engaging and collaborating with the sales compensation team and external partner to insure task completion Develop interactive forms and reports which would be used (but not limited) to provide dashboards quick processing data modification plan modeling etc Write advanced queries utilizing multiple data source in order to generate new effectiveness reporting Maintain data and application integrity during projects Develop VBA scripts (functions procedures) to an address business issues and needs.
