I have a 3bd 2.5 bath condo and I have a room for rent for 600 utilities included plus internet and washer dryer month-to-month but would prefer someone wanting to rent for 6 months or longer. Their are two Mature women that live here but have no preference on age. The house is kept very clean and tidy and are seeking someone that would match. We are both working professionals that keep quiet during the work week but do not mind socializing on the weekends. The other room is rented to a Mature woman that works the afternoon shifts 2-10 pm Mon-Sat and would appreciate it if it was kept quiet in the early mornings. I myself work the normal 8-6 M-F job. The location Located in Covina near Charter Oak High school and close to Citrus college. It is a safe quiet neighborhood. In the evenings their are a lot of people out walking. The room UNFURNISHED 12.5 x 9.5 with closet space 2.5 x 5. I recommend no larger than a queen bed. I myself have the master bath which I would be sharing the shower with you. Downstairs is the .5 bath which would be mostly yours to use but if guest come over please do not mind if they use the toilet. (Single Occupancy) No Pets. We do not allow overnight guest smoking drugs persons with a criminal record of any kind or past evictions. We do a check and also ask for references. We do this to ensure a happy home.
