ESL Instructor

Teach four ESL classes daily (20 hours per week) and carry out all attendant duties. May also be assigned responsibility for other tasks which benefit the program as a whole and lead to its efficient operation. Appointment will be for twelve months beginning Fall 2015 with re-appointment depending on enrollment and funding. Occasional sponsorship of cultural enrichment activities for ELI students. Occasional travel to professional meetings which may include evenings and weekends. Required qualifications Master s degree in TESOL or related field and at least two years of experience in teaching ESL. -Demonstrated excellence in teaching ESL. Computer skills. Preferred qualifications Ph.D. Ed.D. in TESOL or related field. International experience and proficiency in another language.
