Reference job 14-317. Position Summary This position will perform daily accounting activities for the property. Perform period-end closing procedures including balance sheet reconciliations. Position Responsibilities Prepare all manual journal entries for the property. Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley processes and procedures are followed and the appropriate documentation exists. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation for the property. Assist with the periodic closing (monthly quarterly and annual) processes to ensure compliance with both internal and external audit requirements as they relate to GAAP. Distribute all scheduled and ad hoc financial reports and review with location General managers and accounting contacts. Prepare annual tax return 1099 and 1042. Prepare monthly financial statement owner distribution GET and tax returns. Perform other duties as assigned. Position qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent additional experience. Three plus years accounting experience. Verbal and written communication ability and strong MS Excel skills required. Oracle experience preferred.
